The objectives of this activity are to: (1) Establish State/Regional priorities for level B Studies, special studies, level C studies, and imple- mentation studies; (2) develop recommendations and conclusions for resolving the problems in the region; and (3) prepare a state/regional report. To accomplish these three objectives five subactivities will be conducted by the Missouri River Basin Commission. Subactivity Eighteen - Develop Conclusions and Recommendations During this subactivity the information that has been evolved in the previous subactivities will be synthesized to evolve conclusions and recommend- ations concerning: . Needs for planning--Identify and recommend the time frame (1975-1985 and 1985-2000), the geographic area covered, and the type of study (level B, level C, Special, implementation) that should be conducted to resolve problems within each study area.
