The <br />effects information will be displayed using the format of Figure 6 for each of <br />the proposed potential sturly areas as estimated by analytical areas. This <br />information will be tabulated for the Modified Central Case and the Regional <br />Preference Future for each of the years 1975, 1985 and 2000. Additional computer <br /> <br />information may be requested from the Economic Research Service and the Bureau <br /> <br />of Economic Analysis to aid in describing the beneficial and adverse effects <br /> <br />associated with the problems contained in each identified study area. The staff <br />will be responsible for subactivity fifteen; however, Group A will be requested <br />to review and supplement the information generated and compiled by the staff. <br />Subactivity Sixteen - Document the Differences Between the Modified Central Case <br />and the Regional Preference Future <br />In this subactivity the differences in the Modified Central Case and the <br />Regional Preference Future will be documented in final form for each ASA, problem <br /> <br />area, and study area to display the net effects of not resolving the problems. <br /> <br />This subactivity will be conducted by the staff and reviewed by Group A participants. <br />The Study Director will prepare a technical memorandum documenting the results <br />of activity three and upon approval by the Policy Committee it will then be tr~ns- <br /> <br />mi tted to WRC. <br /> <br />Subactivity Seventeen - Evolve the State, Federal and Private Role for Resolving <br />the Problems <br /> <br />The staff and the Group A participants will tentatively evolve and describe <br /> <br />the role of the states, federal agencies and private entities for resolving the <br /> <br />problems within the Missouri River Basin Region as limited by the existing <br /> <br />physical, legal, financial and institutional constraints and limitations.
