<br />The elements of this subactivity will be initially evolved by the staff <br />in cooperation with the Group A participants. Once evolved the Group A parti- <br />cipants will review and supplement the data and information to be submitted to <br /> <br />the Overview Committee for endorsement. <br /> <br />Subactivity Nineteen - Establish Priorities <br />Priorities will be established for Level B studies, Special Studies, Level <br />C studies, and Implementation Studies, for each time frame (1975-1985 and 1985- <br />2000). The Group A participants will present a set of priorities for each type <br />of study to the staff. The results of these inputs will be compiled and docu- <br />mented by the staff and submitted to the Overview Committee for endorsement. The <br /> <br />overview committee will then submit their recommended priority listing to the <br />Missouri River Basin Commission of endorsement. <br /> <br />Subactivity Twenty - Prepare the State Regional Report <br /> <br /> <br />During this subactivity the staff with guidance from the Group A participants, <br /> <br />will prepare a draft of the state/regional report. The overview committee will <br /> <br /> <br />review and provide comments on the State/Regional Report prior to conducting <br /> <br />a regionwide review by the Group B participants. <br /> <br />... <br />An outline of the Specific Problem Analysis Report (the State/Regional r- <br />("f') <br />Report) follows: ...-4 <br /> <br />SPECIFIC PROBLEM ANALYSIS REPORT OUTLINE <br /> <br />I. Introduction <br /> <br />The introduction will include a brief statement of the Regional Sponsor's <br />role in the 1975 Water Assessment and any other appropriate introductory infor- <br /> <br />mation. <br /> <br />II.
