On top of all <br /> <br />this are the coordination and collaboration required to bring ten states, <br />ten federal agencies, and two compact commissions together to produce re- <br />sults and recommendations including state fnd regional priorities, that are <br /> <br />acceptable to the /1RBC as a whole. <br /> <br />The Missouri River Basin Commission proposes to conduct the Specific <br />Problem Analysis in accordance with the guidelines and procedures described <br />in the following narrative material and as reflected in Figure 1 (Specific <br /> <br />-3- <br /> <br />1381 <br />
