CANYON FERRY RESERVOIR, MONTANA. (a) APPRAISALS- Section <br />1004(c)(2)(B) of title X of division C ofthc Omnibus Consolidated and Emergency Supplemental <br />Appropriations Act, ] 999 (!]2 Stal. 2681-713; 113 Stat. 150IA-307) is amended-- <br /> <br />(I) in clause (i), by striking 'be based on' and inserting .use'; <br /> <br />(2) in clause (vi), by striking 'Notwithstanding any other provision of law,' and inserting <br />'To the extent consistent with the Uniform Appraisal Standards for Federal Land <br />Acquisition,'; and <br /> <br />(3) by adding at the end the following: <br /> <br />.(vii) APPLlCABll.lTY- This subparagraph shall apply to the extent that its application is <br />practicable and consistent with the UnifClrm Appraisal Standards for Federal Land <br />Acquisition.'. <br /> <br />(b) TIMfNG- Section 1004(1)(2) ll[title X o[division C of the Omnibus Consolidated and <br />Emergency Supplemental Appropriations Act, 1999 (112 Stat. 2681- 714: 113 Stat. ISO I 1\-308) is <br />amended hy inserting after' Act,' the following: 'in accordance with all applicable law,'. <br /> <br />(c) INTEREST. Section I008(b) or title X or division C of the Omnibus Consolidated and <br />Emcrgency Supplcmental Appropriations Act, 1999 (112 Stat. 2681-717; 113 Stat. 1501 A-31 0) is <br />amended hy striking paragraph (4). . <br /> <br />SEC. 207. Beginning in Ii,eal year 2000 and thereafier, any amounts providcd for the NewIands <br />Water Rights Fund for purchasing and retiring water rights in the Newlands Rcclamation Project <br />~ball be non-reimbursable. <br /> <br />'SEC. 208. USE OF COLORADO-BIG THOMPSON PROJECT FACILITIES FOR <br />, . <br />jNONPROJECT WATER. The Secretary oftl1e Interior may enter into contract~ with the city of <br />Loveland, Colorado, or its Waler and Power Department or any othcr agency, public utility, or <br />l1:nterpris~ of the city, providing lor the use or facilities of the CoJorado-l3ig Thompson Prnjcct. <br />'Colorado, llnder the Act of February 21,1911 (43 U.S.C. 523). for-- <br /> <br />,\ <br /> <br />(I) th~ impounding, storage, and carriage of non project water originating on the castcrn <br />slope orthc Rocky Mountains for domestic, municipal, indostrial, and other benellcial <br />pmposes; and <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />(2) the cxchange of water origin:lting on the eastcrn slope ofthc Rocky Mountains for lhe <br />purposes spedficd in paragraph (1), using bcilities associated with the Colorado-Big <br />Thompson Project, Colorado. <br /> <br />i.) <br />
