Twenty <br />items of concern or recommendation were submitted by tI,e partici- <br />pants. Of these twenty, the following items received the most <br />attention. These items are listed in decreasing order of priority <br />as determined by the participants' combined input: <br /> <br />1. Maintain aesthetic quality. <br /> <br />2. Maintain public access. <br /> <br />3. Desire to eliminate motor driven [craft] from Westwater <br />Canyon. <br /> <br />4. Prevent overuse. <br /> <br />5. <br />[should <br /> <br />Lateral transfer of river days between commercial outfitters <br />be allowed ]. <br /> <br />6. Restrict development (scenic easements). <br /> <br />7.
