This further resolves <br />itself' into deterll1i.uing (1) the depletions above Otowi caused by <br />project operation, and (2) the project water passing otowi which would <br />not be there exc:ep-t for reIee,ses of imported water. <br /> <br />The gaging sta-tio1\lS and l1Il!Jasurements reqlll:l.red for the .abeve <br />purposes were agreed to by the Rio Grand.e Compact Collllllissioners for <br />Texas and New Mexieo on November 7, 1962.
