The pipeline from <br /> <br />the intake structure to the storage <br /> <br />reservoir will be placed underground and <br /> <br />will be approximately one mile in len~th. <br /> <br />The pipeline will cross under State Route <br /> <br />13. After the pipeline is installed, the <br /> <br />surface will be returned to its original <br /> <br />grade and the disturbed area will be <br /> <br />revegetated. <br /> <br />The revegetation program and river bank <br /> <br />stabilization will be coordinated with <br /> <br />the Soil Conservation Service and other <br /> <br />appropriate agencies. <br /> <br />The water storage pond will be sealed with <br /> <br />an impervious lining to prevent water <br /> <br />losses from percolation into the ground- <br /> <br />water system. <br /> <br />Sanitary sewage will be treated so as to pro- <br /> <br />duce secondary-quality effluent and waste <br /> <br />sludge. The liquid effluent will be recycled <br /> <br />to the cooling tower make-up system.
