Of particular interest is <br /> <br />a sharptail ~rouse dancing ground about <br /> <br />100 yards to the east of Moffat Co. Rd. 29 <br /> <br />near the southwest corner of the reservoir. <br /> <br />Another group of dancing grounds lies to <br /> <br />the northeast of the reservoir, at <br />distances of 4 miles or more. A light <br /> <br />sage Vrouse population exists in the <br /> <br />Elkhead Creek Valley, and two strutting <br /> <br />grounds are known in the area west of <br /> <br />the reservoir site. This damage will be <br /> <br />under the control of the Division of <br /> <br />Wildlife, which will manage the reservoir <br /> <br />as a recreation site. <br /> <br />2.3.5 Impact of Transmission Lines <br /> <br />In the design, construction, maintenance and <br /> <br />operation of the proposed transmission faci1- <br /> <br />ities, the participants and their contractors <br /> <br />will follow the applicable criteria set forth <br /> <br />in the publication entitled "Environmental <br /> <br />Cri teria for Electric Transmission Systems" <br /> <br />published jointly by the U.
