REDESIGNATION OF MONUMENT. <br /> <br />17 Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Monument, established <br /> <br />18 by proclamation of March 2, 1933, under section 2 of the Act of <br /> <br />20 June 8, 1906 (34 Stat. 225; 16 U.S.C. 431), and with present <br />21 boundaries as established in P.L. 98-357 (98 Stat. 398) currently <br />22 consisting of approximately 20,800 acres in Colorado, is hereby <br />23 redesignated as the "Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park", <br />24 hereinafter in this Act referred to as "the Park".
