After enactment of this Act, any <br /> <br />2 reference in any law, map, regulation, document, record, or other <br /> <br />3 paper of the United States to such monument shall be treated as a <br /> <br />4 reference to Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park. <br /> <br />5 SEC. 202. ADMINISTRATION. <br /> <br />6 The Secretary shall administer the Park in accordance with <br /> <br />7 the provisions of this Act; the provisions of P.L. 98-357 (98 <br />8 Stat. 397); and the provisions of law generally applicable to <br />9 units of the National Park System including the Acts of August <br /> <br />10 25, 1916 (39 Stat. 535), and August 21, 1935 (49 Stat. 666). <br /> <br />11 <br /> <br />TITLE III -- CURECANTI NATIONAL RECREATION AREA <br /> <br />12 SEC. 301. ESTABLISHMENT AND ADMINISTRATION. <br /> <br />13 (a) ESTABLISHMENT. -- There is hereby established the <br /> <br />14 Curecanti National Recreation Area (hereinafter in this Act <br /> <br />15 referred to as the Recreation Area"). The Recreation Area shall <br /> <br />16 consist of not to eKceed 41,000 acres of the lands, waters, and <br /> <br />17 interests therein, and improvements thereon within the area <br /> <br /> <br />18 generally depicted as the "Curecanti National Recreation Area" on <br /> <br />20 the map referred to in section 101 of this Act. <br /> <br />21 (b) TRANSFERS OF ADMINISTRATION. -- <br /> <br />22 <br /> <br />(1) GUNNISON NATIONAL FOREST. -- Any lands and interests <br /> <br />23 therein within the boundary of the Recreation Area which were <br /> <br />24 formerly within the eKterior boundary of the Gunnison National <br /> <br />25 Forest are hereby eKcluded from such national forest and <br />
