IMPERIAL DAM ADVISORY BOARD <br /> <br />The Imperial Dam Advisory Board was organized at the direction of the <br />Secretary of the Interior in compliance with Article 13, Contract <br />Amendatory of and Supplementary to the All-American Canal Contract dated <br />December I, 1932 (Contract No. IIR-747, Supplemental, March 4, 1952). <br /> <br />The purpose of the board is to provide a means of consultation in matters <br />of mutual concern relating to the O&M of Imperial and Laguna Dams, the <br />diversion of water to the All-American and Gila Gravity Main Canals, and in <br />such other matters of mutual concern as may be agreed upon by its members. <br />Determinations by the board are of an advisory nature only. <br /> <br />The board is composed of one representative from each of the agencies <br />contracting for and entitled to delivery of water to be diverted at <br />Imperial Dam, Reclamation, and the United States Section of the <br />International Boundary and Water Commission.
