O'CONNELL: Yes. <br /> <br />We have reviewed the Resolution of the States and <br /> <br />find that we do agree in general and in principle, if not with <br /> <br />som~ of the particular specifics of this unanimous position of <br /> <br />the seven States as described in the Resolution ~ou just heard. <br /> <br />However, we believe that a more specific and detailed program <br /> <br />of action is called for to bring about the reduction of salinity <br /> <br />in the Colorado and to implement some of these principles that <br /> <br />are enunciated in the Resolution. <br /> <br />We do not have at our disposal today all of the <br /> <br />specifics that we would need to identify this particular progran. <br /> <br />of action, but we expect to be with the Bureau of Reclamation <br /> <br />and get this information within the next 30 days while the <br /> <br />record is kept open, and after,reviewing that come up with some <br /> <br />specifics of a program of action that we would hope would be <br /> <br />j <br />
