No further progress has been made in this matter and it <br />appears to be inactive at this time. <br /> <br />You will also recall that in our last report ~ discussed in some <br />detail the proposed Trinidad project and advised you of the ract that <br />Attorney Philip Danielson, Attorney for the Ditch Association and the <br />Attorney for the Model Reservoir (which is directly involved in the <br /> <br />Page 7 <br /> <br />\\ <br />
