o O'n'3 7 ~ . . ~~_.r.."~~ ,. ~, e herein NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants contained, the Parties hereto agree as follows: SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED 3. a. To the extent that funds are advanced by the Cooperating Partners, and that Federal funds are available for this purpose, Reclamation shall, with its staff, use said funds to complete the development of the Program Plan as set forth in this Agreement under the Attached Scope of Services (Attachment B) and as directed by the Steering Committee described in Attachment A. b. Upon completion, Reclamation shall transmit to the Cooperating Partners, and members of the steering committee its final Program Plan as scheduled in Attachment B, which may be used for a precipitation management demonstration activity should such a activity be authorized. COMPENSATION e 4. a. The cooperating Partners agree to advance funds, as shown in subsection 4. b, to Reclamation to supplement the Federal contribution of $90,000 for the activities to develop the Program Plan as set forth in Attachment B. The total Federal contribution is not to exceed $90,000. b. The total payments made by the Cooperating Partners shall include but not exceed the following specific payments of: six Agency committee Central Arizona Water conservation District Colorado River commission of Nevada Utah Division of Water Resources Upper Colorado River Commission $25,000 $25,000 $25,000 $ 4,000 $12.000 TOTAL = $9l,000 c. The total payments made by the Cooperating Partners under this Agreement shall not exceed $91,000. These payments when combined with Federal funds in the amount of $90,000 are estimated to permit the completion of the Program Plan as set forth in Attachment B. Adjustments in the details of the Program plan specified in Attachment B, with the consensus of the steering committee, may be necessary to assure that the project plan is completed within the monies hereby provided. e 2
