White River - Figure Four Pipeline The diversion for this pipeline is located on the White River in the lower section of Powell Park and conveys water by pumping from the White River to the upper reach of Black Sulphur Creek, a tributary of Piceance Creek. Superior Oil Storage Project The project consists of 4 off-channel reservoirs, each served by a pumping plant and pipeline from the White River. The reservoirs are located on the north side of the White River in the general vicinity of the confluence of Piceance Creek with the White River. Strawberry Creek Reservoir and Strawberry Creek Pipeline The project consists of an off-channel reservoir on Strawberry Creek, a tributary of the White River, which is served by a pumping plant and pipeline from the White River.
