As previously noted the Colorado River Water Conservation District has
petitioned the water court to use this reservoir as one of three alternate
points of storage of water from Rio Blanco Reservoir of the Flattops Project.
16. Wray Gulch Reservoir and Wray Gulch Pipeline
The project consists of an off-channel reservoir on Wray Gulch, a tributary
of the White River, which is served by a pumping plant and pipeline from the
White River. The rights are held by the Colorado River Water Conservation
D istri ct. The rights are:

It is noted that this reservoir is located at the same site as one of the reservoirs
of the Superior Oi I Storage Project. As previously noted the Colorado River
Water Conservation District has petitioned the water court to use this reservoir
as one of three alternate points of storage of water from Rio Blanco Reservoir
of the Flattops Project.
17. Yellow Creek Project
The project consists of two off-channel reservoirs on Yellow Creek, a tributary
of the White River, which are served by a pumping plant and pipeline from the
White River. The rights are held by the Rio Blanco Oil Shale Project. The
