First the final results of the <br />Nationwide' Analysis will be reviewed and evaluated by the Regional Sp0ns0rs <br />for the pur.pose of striving to:(l) develop a State/regional set of projections <br />for eachA'6gregated Subarea and also;(2) establish objectives, desires, ar-d <br />detailed as sumptions upon which the remaining portions of this Activity and <br />subsequent Specific Problenl Analysis activities will be based. <br /> <br />These Stat<~/regional projections are referred to in the Plan of Study as the <br />Regional P.reference Future and are comprised of the same items of information <br />contained in the Modified Central Case resulting from the Natim wide Analysis <br />and to be s;upplied to the Regional Sponsor in July 1975. <br /> <br />The items of information in the Modified Central Case to be provided to the <br />Regional S;::lOnsors in July of 1975 for each of the Aggregated Subareas are <br />listed in detail in Appendix C; however, they are of the following types: <br /> <br />I. .Estimates of current water use (1975) and projections of water <br />requirements for 1985 and 2000 based upon variations from <br />Central Case assumptions. <br /> <br />2. Results of the Volumetric Adequacy Analysis for va.riations from <br />, . <br />the 'Central Case which compares requirements against supplies <br /> <br />to determine relative magnitudes of deficiencies. <br /> <br />3. A description of the effects of ,-ariations from the Central Case <br />on selected measures of national economic development, regional <br />development, environmental quality, and social well-being. <br /> <br />4. Clearly stated assumptions supporting the Central Case variation <br />projections, adequacy analysis, and effects. <br /> <br />5. Results of Federal agency identification of within ASA problems. <br /> <br />6. The Modified Central Case as determined by" the ;\;PA Committee <br />after an analysis of the results of the Central eetSe and variations <br />therefrom. <br />
