Also, the l\nalyt ical Areas <br />should be ,nutually exclusive so double accounting is avoided <br />when the effects are accumulated, and related to ASA or regional <br />data contained in the Central Case or Modified Central Case. <br /> <br />Sub-activity Four - During this s.ub-activity the Regional Sponsor <br />will provide the results of Sub-activities Two and Three for region- <br />wide review to obtain public reaction to the initial problem list and <br />tentative Analytical Areas. <br /> <br />In conducting this sub-activity, the Study Director will be responsible <br />for communications with the participants (Group B), for providing them <br />with the necessary lists of Problems and Analytical Areas along with <br />explanatory materials, for provi,ding them with a specific format for- <br />review responses to the Problems and Analytical Areas, and for providing <br />copies of the forms and the map used in Sub-activity Two in case <br /> <br />they wish to identify, locate; and describe additional Problems. This <br />process may occur through separate mailings to the individual par- <br />ticipants, meeting of the participants .or some combination of both. <br /> <br />The Study Director will be responsible for collecting the review <br />responses, synthesizing the responses into a final product of Activity <br />.One, documenting this product in a technical memorandum to the <br />WRC and Activity One participants, and then using this product in <br />Activity Two. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br />
