<br />028:) <br /> <br />REPORT PREPARATION CAPABIUTIES <br /> <br />At Gronning Engineering Company, we pride ourselves in our capabilities to present written and orai <br />reports describing complex water issues for a vari..ty ?~ audi..nces. Our experience includes <br />preparation of reports for federal and state agencies, mumclpal, agnCt1\tural and industrial interests, <br />environmental interests and the general public. We prepare a draft report for client review and <br />comment and work closely in the review to develop a final product which is technicallv sound_and <br />c911cisely written. We utilize monocolor and multicolor graphics for clarity of presentation. In oral <br />presentations, we utilize overhead transparencies, presentation boards or slides as appropriate. The <br />services of a technical editor are available. We use computer assisted drafting techniques to produce <br />presentation and report graphics, which facilitates the revision process. Representative samples of <br />engineering reports or presentation materials are available for your review. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />STIIDY SCHEDULE <br /> <br />The proposed schedule for our plan of study is shown as Figure 2. Phase 1 of the study which includes <br />Tasks 1 through 4 will be completed by March 1, 1993. Phase II of the schedule which includes Tasks <br />5 and 6 will be completed by September I, 1993. A draft report will be submitted to the ewCB <br />project manager for review and comment by August I, 1993. <br /> <br />Meetings will be scheduled with ewCB staff on a monthly basis to review status and obtain direction <br />at key decision points. Additionally, four public meetings are scheduled including an initial scope and <br />input meeting to be held within 30 days of notice to proceed. A meeting to present the Phase I draft <br />preliminary report will be held in February, 1993. A meeting to obtain public input and comment will <br />be held in June, 1993, and a meeting will be held to present the final study results in August, 1993. <br /> <br />DEINERABLES <br /> <br />As set forth in the Request for Proposal, we will provide the ewCB with the following deliverable <br />documents. <br /> <br />. Draft Task Reports as each task is completed (10). <br />. Phase 1 Draft Preliminary Report (25). <br />. Phase I Final Preliminary Report (25). <br />. Draft Study Report (25). <br />. Final Study Report (SO). <br />. Technical Appendices (3), containing: <br />Copy of any previous report relied upon and/or cited in any task or study <br />report prepared as part of this study, if not held by the ewCB. <br />All technical analyses, calculations, and computer runs conducted as part of <br />this study. <br />.
