<br />028.'~ <br /> <br />Phase \ Reporting <br /> <br />After the completion of Task 4 in which at least nine alternatives to traditional water rights transfers <br />the results will be presented to the Colorado Water Conservation Board, Ft. Lyon Canal Company, the <br />Lower Arkansas Commission and Task Force II for review and comment. <br /> <br />The most promising of these alternatives will be analyzed in more detail in Phase Il design phase of <br />this project. <br /> <br />Phase II - April 1 to August 31, 1993 <br /> <br />TASK 5 - Analvsis and Conceptual Desilm <br /> <br />After completion of the presentation which follows Phase I, the most promising alternatives will be <br />recommended to the Colorado Water Conservation Board and other study participants in order to <br />select proposals which could be evaluated in ~ffiripnt-detail-w.-they could b~Jemented by all <br />affected P9fties. As set fonh in the schedule we have allowed substantial time for rne-development <br />.oftlleSe Phase II tasks including time for coordination with CWCB staff and input from the water <br />users. <br /> <br />1- <br /> <br />TASK 6 - Summary and Conclusion/Final Report <br /> <br />Following the completion of tasks, a final report will be developed in consultation with CWeB and the <br />Fort Lyon Canal Company. As noted in our schedule, this report will be prepared in draft fonn one <br />month prior to the final completion date to enable the CWCB and Folt Lyon Canal Company to review <br />and comment. The results of the review will be included in the final report. <br /> <br />23 <br />
