<br />1. The Board may, but is not obliged by this Agreement to, incorporate the <br />Water into a judicially approved plan for augmentation of other Board rights <br />acquired or appropriated for preservation of the natural environment in the <br />15-Mile Reach. The District shall have the right to review and approve of any <br />application for such a plan before it is filed in the Water Court, and the <br />District's approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. <br /> <br />3. Miscellaneous. <br /> <br />a. Term. The term of this Agreement shall be coterminous with that of the <br />MOD, and this Agreement shall terminate upon the termination of the MOD. <br /> <br />b. Cancellation. The River District may cancel this Agreement by giving the <br />Board written notice of cancellation (a) if the Service or District terminate the <br />MOD pursuant to Sections V.A or V.C of the MOD, or (b) if the State <br />Engineer or Division Engineer fail or refuse to deliver the Water for the <br />Board's use as contemplated in this Agreement. <br /> <br />c. Notices. Any notice, demand, or request authorized or required under or <br />pursuant to this Agreement shall be deemed to have been given when mailed, <br />postage prepaid, or hand-delivered to the parties at the following addresses: <br /> <br />COLORADO RIVER WATER CONSERV A nON DISTRICT <br />P.
