<br />d. Enforceability. The terms of this Agreement shall be enforceable by either <br />the Board or the District. Except as provided in the Enforcement Agreement, <br />this Agreement does not intend, recognize, or create any third party <br />beneficiaries, and the rights and obligations created herein shall not be <br />enforceable by or on behalf of persons other than the Board and the District. <br /> <br />e. Supersedes Prior A~reement.
