Forest Service, is the responsible <br /> <br />official for the Final Environmental Statement. <br /> <br />J. Merle Prince, Forest Supervisor, Routt National Forest, <br /> <br />has overall responsibility for completion of the study and <br /> <br /> <br />selection of the proposed alternative. He is the responsible <br /> <br /> <br />official for the Draft Environmental Statement. <br /> <br />-' <br /> <br />William F. Conklin, District Ranger, Hahn's Peak District, <br /> <br />Routt National Forest is responsible for selection of the <br /> <br />proposed alternative with the Forest Supervisor. He is <br /> <br />responsible for assisting the Team Leader in gathering necessary <br /> <br />data and assisting in the public involvement. <br /> <br />David R.W. Hoefer, Environmental Planner. Routt National Forest, <br /> <br />is the Team Leader for the Forest Service. He is responsible <br /> <br />for coordination of the study effort and seeing that the <br /> <br /> <br />study plan is prepared, data is collected, analyzed and <br /> <br /> <br />evaluated and the public is involved. He keeps the Ranger <br /> <br /> <br />and Forest Supervisor informed of the status of the study and <br /> <br />to provide the necessary data for selection of a proposed <br /> <br />alternative. He will provide draft material to the State of <br /> <br /> <br />Colorado for preparing the Study Report. He will incorporate <br /> <br /> <br />the Report in the Draft Environmental Statement for the <br /> <br />Elk- Yal!'pa p'lanriin9 _U~i_t~nd will~~par~ the Final E~.vi.!'o~'!:~.tal <br />Statement. He is also Team Leader for the Elk - Yampa <br />Planning Unit. <br /> <br />1553 <br />
