Meridian Village WW Reuse Dam, (DAMID 080457) July 19, 2017
Jurisdictional Status E. Hazard Classification Page 2 of 9
The dam extends approximately 2,000 feet to encompass just over 50-percent of the
reservoir. A shallow surface runoff collector ditch extends along most of the remainder of
the perimeter and fully around the reservoir to the downstream side of the dam, thereby
creating an off-channel (nearly) fully enclosed reservoir. The reservoir tributary area covers
about 21.7 acres, 80-percent of which is within the reservoir area. At the Spillway crest, the
reservoir covers approximately 15.7 acres and contains 190 acre-feet of storage capacity;
however about 91 acre-feet of that capacity is below the original ground elevation.
