46 <br /> <br />PLATTE RIVER BASIN <br /> <br />06752500 CACHE LA POUDRE RIVER NEAR GREELEY, CO <br /> <br />LOCATION.--Lat 40°25'04", long 104°39'22", in NW¼ sec. 11, T.5 N., R.65 W., Weld County, Hydrologic Unit <br />10190007, on right bank 15 ft. downstream from highway bridge, 2.9 mi east of courthouse in Greeley, <br />and 3.0 mi upstream from mouth. <br /> <br />DRAINAGE AREA.--1,877 mi². <br /> <br />GAGE.--Water-stage recorder with satellite telemetry in a 48” metal shelter and well with wire weight gage <br />on bridge above the station. Elevation of gage is 4,61O ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum <br />of 1929, from topographic map. <br /> <br />REMARKS.--Primary record is taken from the hourly satellite gage readings and is mostly complete. The A-35 <br />chart values were used October 28,2001 and April 7, 2002. There were several periods when the <br />recorder clock stopped but there was complete satellite data for all of these days, except November <br />30 when the clock was stopped and transmissions were missed. The record is fair except for the <br />following days which were estimated: November 15 & 30; February 12-14,25-28; March 2-4; April 12- <br />24; May 4-9 & 11; July 2-3 & 9; August 2 & 5.
