LOCATION.--Lat 39°57'42", long 105°30'14", in NE¼SE¼ sec. 13, T.l S., R.73 W., Boulder County, Hydrologic
Unit 10190005, on left bank at Nederland just downstream from North Beaver Creek at inlet to Barker
Reservoir.

DRAINAGE AREA.--36.2 mi².

GAGE.--Water-stage recorder and data collection platform in wooden shelter with concrete well at a compound
sharp-crested weir. DCP is the primary record with chart recorder as backup. The DCP was upgraded
to a High Data Rate (HDR) during the 2002 Water Year.

REMARKS.--Record is complete and reliable, except for the following periods, which are considered poor when
the stage-discharge relation was affected by ice: December 6, 9-10, 14-15, 17-20, 29-30, 2001;
January: 17, 19-21, 2002; February: 1-7, 9-11, 26-27, 2002; March: 1-3, 15-22, 24-26, 2002. The
record is fair, except for the days listed above, which were estimated. Station maintained by
Public Service Co and record developed by M.L. Cunning.
