LOCATION.--Lat 40º19’38”, long 105º34’53”

DRAINAGE AREA.--N/A

GAGE.--Graphic water-stage recorder with satellite telemetry in a wooden shelter with a concrete well and a
4’ Parshall flume. The electric drop tape is the primary reference. The DCP is the primary record
with chart backup. The Parshall flume and the well were replaced in August of 1995 due to extreme
settling over the years.

REMARKS.--The record is hourly satellite data with chart back-up. This is a partial year record station
operated as part of the Colorado Big Thompson Project. The record is good, except for November 5 &
6, which were estimated. Stream flows are affected by diversions above the station amounting to
approximately 300 AF per water year. Station maintained and record developed by Merlin Friedrichsen.
