Counsel for Staff circulated Staff's existing calculations to <br /> Applicant and Objectors on May 1, 2025, and Applicant provided preliminary <br /> engineering supporting their calculations on May 14, 2025. Staff provided a <br /> response to the Applicant's calculations on June 26, 2025 reiterating and <br /> substantiating their initial calculations. At the status conference held on June <br /> 27, 2025, Applicant indicated that they are reviewing Staff's response, and will <br /> provide an update at the next status conference on August 8, 2025. <br />
