22, 2025, Counsel for Staff contacted Cherokee regarding the need for variance <br /> requests in the applications, as well as necessary procedural revisions to the <br /> new application filing. Counsel for Cherokee agreed to the procedural revisions <br /> and will contact Staff to discuss the variance requests. <br /> An Order granting the Motion to join Case Nos. 08GW78 and 09GW15 was issued <br /> on May 2, 2025. Cherokee has re-filed and will re-publish the amended and new <br /> applications and has been in communication with Staff regarding the same. The <br /> amended applications should be re-published in the coming weeks. The variance <br /> requests associated with the applications will remain in front of the hearing <br /> officer efficiency purposes and due to the likelihood of continued objections to <br /> the applications as amended. Two parties, Upper Black Squirrel Creek <br /> Groundwater Management District and Wayne E. and Frances G.
