Stated that Rule 6.8 on land application of discharge including the term "contaminants" needs to be reconsidered vi. Travis Day 1. Rule 10.2.2 - Asked what a "small quantity" is, as written 2. Rule 10.4.2.1 - Stated that driving casing through the Type III does not protect the Type III. He would like to see grout throughout the Type III for driven casing 3. Rule 10.4.6.2 - Stated that water is often located in the top ten feet of the Type II aquifer, so requiring casing ten feet into it does not work 4. Stated Staff needs to update figures 5. Rule 10.4.6.4 - Stated he would like to see the Type II over Type II rule removed 6. Stated everyone has an issue with the definition of an aquifer a.
