Storage in Taylor Park, Crawford, and Fruitland 3 • <br /> reservoirs totaled 111%of normal on March 31. The National <br /> Weather Service reports basin precipitation as 45% of normal 2- _ • - ; <br /> during March. Flow at the gaging station Uncompahgre River 1 = 144!: , <br /> near Ridgway averaged 54.4 cfs as compared to the 1961- o O <br /> 1993 March average of 60.7 cfs. F. ' w%" , <br /> As of March 31 reservoir storage on the Grand Mesa a 2 • <br /> r J <br /> was either at or very near full storage. This is a positive result <br /> of carry over from last year's above normal snowpack.
