The SWSI value of 2.5 indicates that for October the COLORADO RIVER BASIN

West Divide Water Conservancy District began work
on Alsbury Reservoir this August. The District acquired the
250 acre-foot irrigation reservoir,located on East Divide Creek
within Forest Service land, approximately 5 years ago and
hopes to have reservoir enlargement and road construction COLORADO RIVER NR. DOTSERO
complete by November of 1996. Water will be continued to 130 FIRST MONTH OF THE WATER YEAR
