These new rules will require non-exempt <br /> tributary wells to completely replace all of their depletions to 20 <br /> usable Stateline flow and/or senior surface rights beginning <br /> April 1, 1996. A total diversion allowance of 15,000 acre-feet <br /> is made for "pre-compact" wells (wells with a priority senior 0 <br /> OCTOBER 1995 AVERAGE C'ES-Si) HIGH C19B5) LOW C10713) <br /> to December 14, 1948).
