Storage in the major � ' . <br /> upper basin reservoirs, Cheesman, Eleven Mile, Spinney, and 0 :Itlr�l" - - "e'��"`" <br /> Antero, decreased by 5,063 acre-feet and are at 95% of _ <br /> capacity. The mean daily flow of the South Platte River at the ,. <br /> Kersey gage was 1,002 cfs, as compared to the 1961-1993 <br /> average of 840 cfs. Flow at the Colorado/Nebraska state line -3- <br /> averaged 757 cfs. The call on the 1st day in SOUTH PLATTE RIVER NR. KERSEY <br /> November changed to the Burlington Barr Lake storage call as 210 FIRST ACNTH OF TI-E WATER YEAR <br /> it does almost every year on the South Platte. There is not a 190 <br /> call on the mainstem South Platte downstream from the 170 <br /> Burlington Ditch, which is located in Denver. '5. .
