Basinwide Conditions Assessment:
The SWSI value of +3.1 indicates that for November ARKANSAS RIVER BASIN
the basin water supplies were abundant. Flow at the gaging 5 Surf,.Motor supply Index Winery
station,Arkansas River near Portland,averaged 503 cfs for the 4-

month as compared to the 1965-1990 November average of _ , 1;

Administrative/Manazement Concerns:
Administrative action against illegal or undecreed
diversions in the Horse Creek drainage continues. Those ARKANSAS RIVER NEAR PORTLAND
failing to comply with orders by December 31, 1991,will have 30 Jff
injunction actions brought against them. During the first 14 28
