The SWSI value of +1.5 indicates that for April the YAMPA-WHITE RIVER BASINS

Stream flows will be influenced by the weather for the
next month or two. The remaining snowpack will produce
high flows with possible flooding, if temperatures increase
significantly and precipitation continues above average. There
