Division of Water Resources Drpa tnvwil of H.;ural R^,,ouY; ,s Board of Examiners of Water Well Construction and Pump Installation Contractors February 5, 2018 BOARD POLICIES REVOKED At its meeting on February 5, 2018 the Board of Examiners of Water Well Construction and Pump Installation Contractors reviewed the following policies to determine their compatibility with the current procedures of the Division of Water Resources, the recently adopted non -substantive changes to the Water Well Construction Rules (September 1, 2017) and the recently adopted BOE Administrative Rules (January 1, 2018). Policy 2000-2 Re -use of License Numbers Policy 2000-3 License Requirements for the Construction of Gallery -Type Wells and Spring Wells Policy 2004-1 Continuing Education Coordination with CWWCA and General Implementation Policy 2005-1A Limit for CE Credit from Internet, On -Line or Correspondence Courses and Safety Related Policy 2007-1 Annual Continuing Education Requirement Policy 2007-2 Continuing Education Credit for Presentations Policy 2008-1 No Continuing Education Accreditation for Post -Attendance Requests Policy 2009-1 Application of Continuing Education Credits Earned Before Licensing Policy 2015-1 Contractual Relationships Between Licensed Contractors and Unlicensed Individuals Policy 2017-1 Persons Authorized to Complete and Sign Post -Construction Well Inspection Reports (GWS-68) As a result of its review, the above listed Board policies are hereby revoked by the Board.
