The minimum construction standards in Rule 10 shall be waived for gravel pit wells <br />and pond wells, except for Rule 10.1 and its subsections 10.1.2; 10.1.4, 10.1.6 and <br />Rule 10.2 and its subsection 10.2.1. <br />3. No pumping equipment shall be installed in a gravel pit well or pond well to <br />withdraw water for any beneficial use, unless a separate written request for variance <br />has been approved by the Board. <br />4. Water from a gravel pit well or pond well shall not be used for human consumption <br />without separate approval from the Board. <br />5. Rule 15 regarding disinfection standards shall be waived. <br />G.
