Martin <br />Chris Hassel Executive Director <br />Harrison Western <br />1208 Quail Street <br />Lakewood, Colorado 80215 <br />RE: Notice of Intent to Conduct Prospecting Operations <br />Corske Placer Project; File No. P-2009-030; Adequacy Review <br />Dear Mr. Hassel, <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety received the Notice of Intent (NOI) to Conduct <br />Prospecting Operations for Hard Rock/Metal Mines for the Corske Placer Project; File No. P-2009-030. <br />The Division reviewed the NOI for adequacy. Please address the following items; <br />The electronic copy of the Corske Placer Project application form submitted on January 26, 2010 by <br />the Applicant was the original incorrect Notice of Intent to Conduct Exploration Operations form. <br />Please submit the correct electronic copy of the Notice of Intent to Conduct Prospecting Operations <br />for Hard Rock/Metal Mines application form as required by Senate Bill 228. <br />2. Please provide a project name for Page 1, Item 2 of the Notice of Intent to Conduct Prospecting <br />Operations for Hard Rock/Metal Mines application form. <br />The Division requires the Prospector's name to remain consistent and match the exact name registered <br />with the Secretary of State's office throughout the application. A copy of the summary page from the <br />Colorado Secretary of State for Harrison Western is attached for reference. Please resubmit the Notice <br />of Intent to Conduct Prospecting Operations for Hard Rock/Metal Mines application form with the <br />appropriate name for Harrison Western. <br />4. The Prospector is required to document the NOI has been received by the applicable federal agency if <br />located on lands managed by the BLM or USFS. Please provide a copy of the Certified Mail Return <br />Receipt from the USFS. <br />The Prospector indicates on Page 2, Item #6 of the NOI form the National Forest (USFS) is the land <br />owner for the proposed prospecting operation. On Page 3, Item F the Prospector indicates evidence of <br />notification is attached to the NOI from for the BLM.
