Please explain this discrepancy.
9. Please specify the seed mixture that will be used to reclaim the site and provide the rate of seeding in
pure live seeds per acre (PLS). Please be reminded that prospecting operations may not commence until a bond is
submitted and approved by the Division.
13. Please commit to not exposing groundwater until a well permit is obtained from the State
Engineer's Office (SEO) if needed. Please commit to providing the Division with a copy of the
well permit once approved by the SEO if needed.
14. On Page 5, Section IV, Item #2 of the application the Prospector states "No native vegetation will be
disturbed". Please be aware that any surface disturbance associated with the NOI will require
reseeding or submit photographic evidence to the Division documenting the absence of vegetation in
the exploration area.
Please be advised Corske Placer Project Prospecting Application may be deemed inadequate, and
the application may be denied on April 9, 2010 unless the above-mentioned adequacy review
items are addressed to the satisfaction of the Division. If you feel more time is needed to complete
your reply, the Division can grant an extension to the decision date. This will be done upon receipt
of a written waiver of your right to a decision by April 9, 2010 and request for additional time.
This must be received no later than the deadline date.
