Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (DRMS) has reviewed your letter and <br />attachments October 15, 2008 and has determined that the above referenced Modification to Prospecting <br />Notice is now complete. DRMS has re-estimated the costs to reclaim prospecting disturbances proposed in <br />the modification based on acreage clarifications contained in your letter (see enclosed revised estimating <br />worksheets).
