The only thing you have to put in is the Permit No which is <br />C1981014 and then Click on Search. All of the inspections correspondence etc is on line now. Go to the bottom <br />of the first page and click on Page 7 <br />EFCI's response to your letter is at the bottom of page 6. <br />THis is what it says= <br />Ground water monitoring pertains to coal mine monitoring criteria amd does not pertain to drinking water <br />standards. Which is true but not totally correct. <br />The regs for the DRMS state that if you have an existing permitted domestic well that has tested clean before <br />(which you do have- Did you test for iron and sulphate in the water test 4 years ago? If not you would want to add <br />these also in your next water test because they are also high on the monitoring wells at the mine) that protect <br />vested water wells. I called Janet Binns at the DRMS for the exact reg which is on the Division of Reclamation, <br />Mining and Safety website click on Coal Mining Regulations. Janet's number is (303)866 ®3567 ex 8107 if you <br />want to call her. I know that yours is permitted,but did you also adjudicate it in the water court (probably in <br />https: / /mail.g oog le.conVmai I /u /0 / ?ui =2 &i Ire29129fcb5 &\iew= pt &search =i nbox&th= 1410336b2a8l5l99 1/2 <br />
