The Water Board <br />approved our SWSP on May 28, and we now provide the following formal response to <br />the Division's adequacy comments. <br />In considering this Amendment and calculation of the reclamation costs, the <br />Division should note the availability of all stockpiled material both on site and on the <br />adjacent 25 acre parcel to the East and still owned by GSL / Brush, LLC. Permittee owns <br />this material and it is available for use toward the reclamation. The estimated volume of <br />this material is approximately 50,000- 100,000 cubic yards of dirt and topsoil, suitable for <br />final application pursuant to the Reclamation Plan. <br />Application Form: <br />1) Proof of Publication of Public Notice pursuant to 1.6.2(1)(d). <br />RESPONSE: Proof of publication in the "Brighton Blade" is <br />attached. Public Notice ran from December 12, 2012 to January 2, <br />2013. <br />2) Proof Notices were sent to all Owners of Record Rule 1.6.2(1)(g). <br />RESPONSE: Proof of service to all Owners of Record is attached. <br />P O.
