See below for an item by item response. <br />Application Form <br />1. As required by Rule 1,6.5(2), please provide proof that the public notice required by 1.6.2(1)(d) was <br />published. <br />Please see the attached copy of the proof of public notice. <br />2. As required by Rule 1.6.2(1)(g), please provide the proof that the notices required by 1.6.2(1)(e)(i) <br />and (ii) were sent to the Owners of Record. This requirement would be satisfied by submitting <br />copies of certified mail receipts or proof of personal service (Rule 1.4.1(4). <br />Please see the attached copies of the certified mailing receipts. <br />6.4.4 Exhibit D — Mining Plan <br />5. The May 20 submittal clarifies in the text of the application the relative long -term contributions to <br />the operation of gravel mining and gold mining, but items 5.2 and 5.3 on the application form need <br />to be modified to be consistent with the text. <br />Please see the attached revised application page. <br />7. Section 7 (Map C -2): Although the May 20 submittal adequately addresses sediment control along <br />the east side of the permit boundary during mine operations, please explain how runoff and <br />sediment will be controlled in that area during reclamation regrading. <br />Sediment control structures will be maintained throughout the reclamation regarding process.
