Response accepted; BRL has proposed additional subsidence monitoring locations for <br />the three Turkey Track Ranch structures. <br />2. Pineda <br />Director <br />The Division has completed our review of Bowie Resources, LLC (BRL)'s February 15, 2013 <br />response to our adequacy issues with the above mentioned revision application. The revision <br />proposes the inclusion of two lease modification areas northwest of the currently approved <br />mining area, and provides a revised mine plan. We have the following comments and questions <br />regarding the submittal. <br />3. Response accepted; soils and vegetation information was provided as requested, and <br />BRL has acknowledged the need for SHPO and USFWS clearances prior to any proposed <br />surface disturbance. <br />4. Response accepted; Map 09 was revised and abandonment reports for well TC -03 -03 were <br />submitted. <br />5. Response accepted; Map 09 has been revised as requested. <br />6.
