Burgmaier
Environmental Protection Specialist
cc: Jim Stover, J.E. Stover & Associates
7. Response accepted; revisions were made so that the current monitoring program is
accurately reflected.
8. Response accepted; the referenced monitoring wells were included in the monitoring
program summary.
9. Response accepted; the required groundwater monitoring discussions were added to
Section 2.05 of the permit application package.
A typographical error on page 2.04 -32ii should be corrected. The second to last sentence
of the last paragraph reads "It is over four miles to the nearest private land owner which
further reduces the likelihood of pubic use of water." Please revise the sentence to
" ...public use of water."
10. During the review of BRL's application for Permit Renewal No. 3 (RN3), the Division
identified adequacy concerns with the ownership and control information in the currently
approved permit application (February 1, 2013 letter from Brock Bowles, attached). Since
the Division is required to query the Applicant Violator System (AVS) for this permit
revision (PR13), we will not be able to approve PR13 until the issues identified with RN3
have been resolved.
