The meeting was held to review the current site condition and reclamation status of the Kauffmans' Pits as a part of DRMS' annual inspection requirements. In follow -up to that meeting, Jake Kauffman & Son, Inc. (JKS) as the Operator and Permit Holder, hereby provide this notice to DRMS of completion of a discrete portion of the reclamation of the site, and request release of the subject area from their responsibility for further reclamation. More particularly, this release request marks the completion of Phase 1 of the Permit, which is the very eastern portion of the property. Importantly, Phase 1 is all of the Permit property belonging to the Flying W Ranch Loveland, LLC. In support of this notice and request, please find attached to this certified mailing, the following items: 1. Map Exhibit of the Acreage Release subject area, shown on a very recent aerial photo background; 2. A Reclamation Release letter from Cindy Wagner with Flying W Ranch Loveland, LLC, the affected property owner. Please note that the letter from Cindy Wagner includes her confirmation that she has authority to act on behalf of Flying W Ranch Loveland, LLC. Flying W Ranch Loveland, LLC, is the only property owner affected by this Acreage Release notice and request.
