Giroux, PE Land Division Manager DCS Project 12 -230 More specifically, per Regulation Section 4.17.1, the names and addresses of all owners of record to the affected land is: The subject area proposed for release is eight (8) acres in size, and is delineated in the field by fence line and property line physical information, as provided and /or verified by Landmark Engineering, Ltd. of Loveland, a Colorado Professional Engineering and Land Surveying company. The release area extends from previously released Phase 1 reclamation areas to the east and south (the rookery area), to the Kauffman property ownership area to the west (and including Phases 2 and 3 of the Permit). Finally, in further compliance with Regulation Section 4.17.1, please accept this letter as my signed statement, acting as Agent on behalf of the Operator, Jake Kauffman & Son, Inc. 1 certify that all applicable portions of the Reclamation Plan requirements have been satisfied in accordance with the Mineral Rules and Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for the Extraction of Construction Materials, as Promulgated October, 1995, and Amended April, 1999; January, 2000; August, 2001; May, 2004; June 2005, and August 2006.
