Other than routine monitoring and <br /> maintenance, Sunnyside considers this project to be completed <br /> according to the Consent Decree work plan. An inspection of <br /> the site by DMG was completed in August. According to the <br /> inspection report, DMG concurs with the assessment that the <br /> project has been completed according to the work plan and MLR <br /> standards. <br /> - Boulder Creek Tailings Project <br /> This project was completed in June, 1997 . DMG has inspected <br /> the site and is in agreement that reclamation was completed <br /> according to the work plan and MLR standards. <br /> Columbus Mine Portals - Mine Waste Dumps <br /> This is a "B List" project.
